How do I know I have the SADs?

I called Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal to ask about whether or not I can get them to pay for yoga as a medical expense. They said not under my current plan but that I could pay $25 a month and they would pay for membership at the yoga studio for me. I was…displeased.
