Folks, Antonin Scalia is an ass. An erudite ass capable of layering his assitude behind fancy theoretical curtains like “originalism,” but he’s an ass nonetheless. There’s really very little to be gained from pointing out that as an ass, Antonin Scalia is an ass. Because it is what he is.
