Is it possible that some moron switched up the signs and that somewhere out there, there’s a sign in English on another pole that says “You must obtain a permit to use this field/Violators will be subject to police action” paired with a sign that says something about adult supervision in Spanish? Still racist. And campo can mean area depending on the usage. Campo de juego means playground.
